Seat Arosa Overview

The Seat Arosa is classed as a city car and was produced by the Spanish automobile manufacturers Seat, which is a subsidiary of the Volkswagen Group. The Seat Arosa was in production from 1997 – 2004. This car replaced the Seat Marbella in 1997 and did not have a successor immediately after it ceased production in 2004. The Seat Mii was the eventual replacement in 2011. The Arosa is well built and you can see the quality Volkswagen influence on the car. This is value for money car and has a lot of the same parts as the more expensive Volkswagen Lupo. They don’t have much space in the rear or boot but are worth the money and a good choice for a city car. Dose this sound anything like your Arosa?

Seat Arosa History

The Seat Arosa was available as a 3-door hatchback and the Arosa name was named after the Spanish municipality of Villa Garcia de Arosa continuing with Seat’s naming policy of famous Spanish places. This car is very similar to the VW Lupo and they are both built on the Volkswagen A00 platform. The Seat Arosa was introduced in 1997 and the VW Lupo the year after. The Arosa received a facelift in 2000 to the interior and exterior of the car. In 2004 this car ceased production.
